  1.3             Vision Loss Resources, Inc. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [ECONOMIC SECURITY.] 
  1.6      $350,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.7   year 1999 to the commissioner of economic security for a grant 
  1.8   to Vision Loss Resources, Inc.  The grantee must match each 
  1.9   dollar of state funding with $3 from nonstate sources.
