BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MNSCU EARLY CHILDHOOD ONLINE PROGRAM
DEVELOPMENT; APPROPRIATION.

Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to develop a multicampus
