A bill for an act
relating to energy; extending the sunset for recovery of gas utility infrastructure
costs; amending Laws 2005, chapter 97, article 10, section 3, as amended.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2005, chapter 97, article 10, section 3, as amended by Laws 2013, chapter
85, article 7, section 9, is amended to read:
Sec. 3. SUNSET.
Sections 1 and 2 shall expire on June 30, deleted text begin 2023deleted text end new text begin 2028new text end .
