BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

partners, the appropriation in this subdivision must be spent on outreach, instruction,
digital literacy training, contextualized adult literacy and career readiness training, testing
fees, incentive stipends to program participants, and any other expenditure allowed under
Minnesota Statutes, sections 124D.518 to 124D.531.

new text begin By February 15, 2018, Special School District, No. 1, Minneapolis, must submit
to the commissioner of education and the chairs and ranking minority members of the
legislative committees having jurisdiction over kindergarten through grade 12 education
policy and finance a report detailing the programs supported by the appropriation under
this subdivision. The report must include information on program activities, expenditures,
and outcomes, including general education development and adult diploma enrollment,
attainment, and completion rates, disaggregated by race.
