BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$300,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the general fund to the Board of
Regents of the University of Minnesota for the Center for Integrated Natural Resources
and Agricultural Management (CINRAM) to compile a science-based, voluntary, holistic,
and comprehensive portfolio of best management practices for nonwoody biomass.
