BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Group the 1837 treaty-related costs incurred by the Department of Natural Resources in
managing fisheries in Lake Mille Lacs and the ceded territory.
