relating to crime victims; appropriating money for sexual violence community
prevention networks.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$200,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of public safety for grants to sexual assault advocacy programs for sexual
violence community prevention networks. For purposes of this section, "sexual assault"
means a violation of Minnesota Statutes, sections 609.342 to 609.3453. This appropriation
is added to the base.
