requirements; amending Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 103D.345, subdivision

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 103D.345, subdivision 5, is amended to
read:
Subd. 5.
Applicability of permit requirements to state.
A rule adopted by the
managers that requires a permit for an activity applies to the Department of Transportationnew text begin ,
the Department of Natural Resources, and the Pollution Control Agencynew text end .
