A bill for an act
 relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Minneapolis to issue an on-sale
intoxicating liquor license to a restaurant located at 5400 Penn Avenue South.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin The city of Minneapolis may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to a restaurant
located at 5400 Penn Avenue South, notwithstanding any law or local ordinance or charter
provision.
