relating to parks and trails; appropriating money for The Commons in the city
of Excelsior.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$5,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of Excelsior for improvements at
The Commons in the city of Excelsior, including construction of a picnic shelter and bath
house; improvements to the playground, softball field, and tennis courts; and shoreline
and beach improvements.
