  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SUPPLEMENTAL REVENUE; ANOKA.] 
  1.7      For fiscal year 2002 and later, the supplemental revenue 
  1.8   for independent school district No. 11, Anoka, is increased by 
  1.9   $5,000,000. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.11     $....... in fiscal year 2002 and $....... in fiscal year 
  1.12  2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.13  of children, families, and learning for payment of supplemental 
  1.14  aid under section 1.
