  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             emergency operating expenses for Farmamerica. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $50,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2002 from the 
  1.7   general fund to Farmamerica for emergency operating expenses. 
  1.8      Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.9      Section 1 is effective the day after its final enactment.
