  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to occupations; providing that certain 
  1.3             traffic escorts are exempt from the experience 
  1.4             requirements of a protective agent license; amending 
  1.5             Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 326.3382, by adding a 
  1.6             subdivision. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 2002, section 326.3382, is 
  1.9   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.10     Subd. 5.  [SPECIAL PROTECTIVE AGENT CLASSIFICATION.] The 
  1.11  board shall establish a special protective agent license 
  1.12  classification that provides that a person described in section 
  1.13  326.338, subdivision 4, clause (4), who is otherwise qualified 
  1.14  under this section need not meet the requirements of subdivision 
  1.15  2, paragraph (c).
