opioids; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 62Q.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin A health plan is prohibited from limiting coverage for screenings and urinalysis testing
for opioids. Prohibited coverage limits include but are not limited to limiting the frequency
or number of screenings or tests.
