for an extension for submitting reports required for fire state aid eligibility.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

DEADLINE EXTENSION.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 69.051, subdivision 1b, the deadline for
reports submitted by the Clearbrook Fire Department Relief Association under Minnesota
Statutes, section 69.051, subdivisions 1 and 1a, for 2016 is extended to May 30, 2018. The
Clearbrook Fire Department Relief Association does not forfeit its 2017 state aid if 2016
reports are received by the state auditor on or before May 30, 2018.
