 relating to occupations and professions; requiring rulemaking to allow mobile
barber shops.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin RULEMAKING; MOBILE BARBER SHOPS.

new text begin The Board of Barber Examiners shall amend Minnesota Rules, part 2100.7000,
to allow for the operation of mobile barber shops. The board may use the good cause
exemption under Minnesota Statutes, section 14.388, to adopt rules under this section, and
Minnesota Statutes, section 14.386, does not apply except as provided under Minnesota
Statutes, section 14.388.
