  1.4             employees insurance program; repealing Laws 1995, 
  1.5             chapter 234, article 11, section 2, subdivision 2. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.8      Laws 1995, chapter 234, article 11, section 2, subdivision 
  1.9   2, is repealed. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
