BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.79 or 123B.80, on June 30, 2006,
Independent School District No. 635, Milroy, may permanently transfer up to $26,000
from its reserved for disability accessibility account to its undesignated general fund
balance without making a levy reduction.
