A bill for an act
 relating to health; prohibiting limitations on prescribing ivermectin; requiring the
dispensing of ivermectin prescriptions; amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, sections
151.21, by adding a subdivision; 151.37, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 151.21, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

pharmacist intern may refuse to dispense an ivermectin prescription ordered by a physician
or other licensed practitioner.

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 151.37, is amended by adding a subdivision to
read:
