  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Laws 1993, chapter 111, section 3, is amended 
  1.8   to read: 
  1.9      Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.10     Sections 1 and 2 are effective the day following final 
  1.11  enactment and are repealed November 1, 1995.
