counter; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 151.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

[151.216] IVERMECTIN AVAILABLE OVER THE COUNTER.

Pharmacies that sell products for the purpose of treating or relieving pain and illness
caused by influenza and other viruses must make ivermectin available over the counter to
customers for human consumption. A pharmacy must make ivermectin available over the
counter in quantities and doses sufficient for prophylaxis and treatment.
