A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending an appropriation for the skate parks
funding program; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article
1, section 13, subdivision 5.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 13, subdivision
5, is amended to read:

Construction and Renovation of Public
Skate Parks
