relating to employment; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes,
chapter 181.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[181.9631] NOTICE OF EMPLOYEE RIGHTS.

An employer as defined under section 181.960 shall provide written notice to a job
applicant upon hire of the rights and remedies provided in sections 181.960 to 181.965.
An employer shall also post in an appropriate and conspicuous location on the employer's
premises notice of these rights and remedies.
