relating to public safety; appropriating money for restorative justice services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$100,000 in fiscal year 2009 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of corrections for a grant to a nonprofit organization that provides
restorative justice services to communities in Dakota County. The organization must
provide community and student-based services.
