  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; restricting rulemaking 
  1.3             authority for yellow perch limits. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [YELLOW PERCH.] 
  1.6      The commissioner may not promulgate a rule that would 
  1.7   result in the daily limit for yellow perch being less than 20 
  1.8   and the possession limit lower than 50 for inland waters until 
  1.9   December 1, 2001. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
