classifications; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 365.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[365.65] DATA CLASSIFICATION AND ACCESS.

A town not otherwise subject to chapter 13 shall maintain data in its possession
consistent with any classification of the data contained in law, as defined in section 13.02.
The town shall allow inspection and provide copies of public data upon request, consistent
with the procedures established by section 13.03, subdivision 3.
