relating to higher education; appropriating money for the Iron Range engineering
program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities to
be transferred to the Mesabi Range Community and Technical College for operating expenses
associated with the Iron Range engineering program.
