relating to elections; appropriating money for grants to improve access to polling
places.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$500,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the secretary of
state to make grants to counties and municipalities to improve access to polling places for
individuals with disabilities. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30,
2027.
