A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; adding requirements for 1837 Ceded Territory Fisheries
Technical Committee.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin 1837 CEDED TERRITORY FISHERIES TECHNICAL COMMITTEE.

new text begin The commissioner of natural resources must invite at least two members of the Mille
Lacs Lake Fisheries Advisory Committee to attend all meetings of the 1837 Ceded Territory
Fisheries Technical Committee. The minutes of all meetings of the 1837 Ceded Territory
Fisheries Technical Committee must be posted on the Department of Natural Resources'
Web site within 30 days of the meeting. The commissioner must assemble all documents
resulting from meetings of the 1837 Ceded Territory Fisheries Technical Committee, maintain
copies at the Department of Natural Resources, and submit copies to the Legislative
Reference Library.
