  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to housing; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             home-sharing grant program; repealing Laws 1999, 
  1.4             chapter 245, article 10, section 10, paragraph (a).  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $200,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of human services for the home-sharing grant 
  1.9   program under Minnesota Statutes, section 256.973, for the 
  1.10  fiscal year ending June 30, 2001.  This appropriation shall 
  1.11  become part of the base for the 2002-2003 biennium. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [REPEALER.] 
  1.13     Laws 1999, chapter 245, article 10, section 10, paragraph 
  1.14  (a), is repealed.
