relating to natural resources; appropriating money for
a state trail segment in Olmsted County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

commissioner of natural resources to develop a trail primarily
for nonmotorized riding and hiking from Chester Woods County
Park to the limits of the city of Rochester in Olmsted County.
