  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; reinstating funding for 
  1.3             Minnesota Technology, Inc.; amending Laws 2003, 
  1.4             chapter 128, article 10, section 3. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 2003, chapter 128, article 10, section 3, 
  1.7   is amended to read: 
  1.8   Sec. 3.  MINNESOTA TECHNOLOGY, INC.    3,000,000        -0-     
  1.9                                          6,000,000     6,000,000
  1.10  $3,000,000 the first year This 
  1.11  appropriation is for transfer from the 
  1.12  general fund to the Minnesota 
  1.13  Technology, Inc. fund.  This is a 
  1.14  onetime appropriation and no base 
  1.15  funding is provided for any future year.
  1.16     [EFFECTIVE DATE.] This section is effective the day 
  1.17  following final enactment.
