A bill for an act
 relating to traffic regulations; authorizing use of communications headset by
firefighters operating fire department emergency vehicle in emergency; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 169.471, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 169.471, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Use of headphones in vehicle.
