  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to community development; providing for a 
  1.3             grant for Camp Knutson; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CAMP KNUTSON; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of trade and economic development for the biennium 
  1.8   ending June 30, 2001, for a grant to Camp Knutson.  The grant 
  1.9   shall be used for capital expenditures including, without 
  1.10  limitation, a septic system upgrade, erosion control measures, 
  1.11  construction of a medical facility, renovation of camper 
  1.12  housing, renovation and expansion of bath/shower facilities, 
  1.13  construction of family camping and staff housing and offices, 
  1.14  and expansion and upgrade of the dining room and kitchen.
