assessment worksheets.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEETS; EXEMPTIONS.

Notwithstanding other law to the contrary, environmental assessment worksheets under
Minnesota Statutes, chapter 116D, and Minnesota Rules, chapter 4410, are not required for
projects conducted consistent with the Red River mediation agreement unless required by
petition under Minnesota Rules, chapter 4410.
