relating to economic development; appropriating money for a grant to the city of
Nassau for a fire station.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; NASSAU FIRE STATION.

$125,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2009 from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the city of Nassau
to predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip a new fire station.
