A bill for an act
relating to veterans; appropriating money for improvements at the Disabled
Veteran's Rest Camp on Big Marine Lake in Washington County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin DISABLED VETERAN'S REST CAMP; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
administration for a grant to the Washington County Disabled Veteran's Rest Camp
to make capital improvements to the camp located on Big Marine Lake in Washington
County, as detailed in the association's planned unit development plan. The improvements
will provide increased capacity and improve amenities, access, and safety at the camp
for Minnesota veterans. This appropriation is available until the project is abandoned
or completed.
