 relating to transportation; Anoka County; county state-aid highway system;
changing designation of a county road without local approval.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Minnesota Statutes, section 162.02, subdivisions 7 and 7a, do not prohibit Anoka
County from changing the designation of County Road 58 between County State-Aid
Highway 9 and County State-Aid Highway 18 to be added to the county state-aid highway
system, without approval from the cities of Andover, Ham Lake, and Oak Grove.
