  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating money 
  1.3             for capital improvements at the New Brighton area 
  1.4             history center. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [NEW BRIGHTON AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $150,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   Minnesota historical society for a grant to the New Brighton 
  1.10  area historical society to renovate its caboose and history 
  1.11  center. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
