  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money to 
  1.3             acquire snowmobile trail easements. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $200,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of natural 
  1.7   resources from the snowmobile trails and enforcement account in 
  1.8   the natural resources fund to acquire permanent easements for a 
  1.9   snowmobile trail to connect the Willard Munger State Trail in 
  1.10  Hermantown to the North Shore State Trail in Duluth.  This 
  1.11  appropriation is available until expended.
