relating to human services; appropriating money for living skills training
programs for persons with intractable epilepsy.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$65,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the general fund to the
commissioner of human services for living skills training programs for persons with
intractable epilepsy who need assistance in the transition to independent living under
Laws 1988, chapter 689. This appropriation is ongoing and added to the base for the
Department of Human Services.
