relating to health; appropriating money for services for victims of labor trafficking
and labor exploitation.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; LABOR TRAFFICKING SERVICES PROGRAMS.

$500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of health for grants for comprehensive, trauma-informed,
and culturally specific services for victims of labor trafficking and labor exploitation. The
base appropriation for this purpose shall be $500,000 in each of the fiscal years 2026 and
2027, and beyond.
