A bill for an act
 relating to highways; designating I-94 as 88th
Infantry (Blue Devils) Division Highway; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 161.14, by adding a
subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 161.14, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

new text begin 88th infantry (blue devils) division highway.

new text begin Route No. 392, described in section 161.12 and marked as
Interstate Highway I-94 as of the effective date of this
section, is named and designated as the "88th Infantry (Blue
Devils) Division Highway." Subject to the provisions of section
161.139, the commissioner of transportation shall adopt a
suitable marking design to mark this highway and shall erect
appropriate signs.
