A bill for an act
 relating to parks and trails; extending the availability of appropriation to reconstruct
parking lots at Hyland-Bush-Anderson Lakes Park Reserve.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin HYLAND-BUSH-ANDERSON LAKES REGIONAL PARK RESERVE
GRANT EXTENSION.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, or other law to the contrary,
$473,077.25 of the money appropriated in fiscal years 2014 and 2015 under Laws 2013,
chapter 137, article 3, section 4, paragraph (c), for grants to the city of Bloomington to
reconstruct parking lots at the Hyland-Bush-Anderson Lakes Park Reserve is available until
December 31, 2017. The Metropolitan Council shall extend the grant to December 31, 2017.
