No. 264, Herman-Norcross; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin HERMAN-NORCROSS GRANT.

new text begin $75,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2008 from the general fund to the commissioner
of education for a grant to Independent School District No. 264, Herman-Norcross, to
develop and implement a fisheries and wildlife management technology curriculum. This
appropriation is available until June 30, 2009.
