  1.4             proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.5             chapter 3. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [3.057] [PASSAGE OF OMNIBUS TAX BILL.] 
  1.8      The omnibus tax bill in each odd-numbered year must be 
  1.9   passed by the legislature by April 15.
