BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; STATE ARTS BOARD OPERATING SUPPORT
GRANTS.

new text begin (a) $2,700,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $2,700,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated
from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota State Arts Board for operating
support grants for diverse arts and cultural programming and development.

new text begin (b) Of this amount, funding in this paragraph is for arts programming, arts education,
and arts performance, to the following organizations:

new text begin (1) $300,000 each year is for the Billingsley School of Music and Art;
new text end

new text begin (2) $300,000 each year is for the N4 Collective;
new text end

new text begin (3) $300,000 each year is for the D.I.V.I.N.E. Institute;
new text end

new text begin (4) $300,000 each year is for Voicez Incorporated;
new text end

new text begin (5) $300,000 each year is for Rondo Avenue, Incorporated;
new text end

new text begin (6) $300,000 each year is for the Center for Hmong Arts and Talent organization;
new text end

new text begin (7) $300,000 each year is for the PipJazz Foundation;
new text end
