  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to state trails; establishing a new trail in 
  1.3             Freeborn and Mower counties; amending Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1994, section 85.015, by adding a subdivision.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 85.015, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 19.  [RENDEZVOUS TRAIL, FREEBORN AND MOWER 
  1.9   COUNTIES.] (a) The trail shall originate in the city of Albert 
  1.10  Lea and extend to the city of Austin. 
  1.11     (b) The trail shall be developed primarily for hiking and 
  1.12  nonmotorized riding.
