Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97B.931, subdivision 2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97B.931, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

Body-gripping trapsnew text begin ; snaresnew text end .

A body-gripping, conibear-type trap new text begin or
snare new text end need not be tended more frequently than once every third calendar day.
