at U.S. Highway 52 and Dakota County Road 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $2,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of transportation to perform preliminary and final design, engineering, environmental
analysis, acquisition of permanent easements and rights-of-way, and construction of a box
culvert underpass at U.S. Highway 52 and Dakota County Road 6 near the Hmong American
Farmers Association.
